Marc Jackson
Marc Jackson Chairman of the Board

For the past decade Marc has been strongly involved in the medical device industry, starting eight successful businesses in which he has personally generated close to $80 million in sales. His passion for Nimbus Performance derives from his vision of improving the lives of all those involved by taking financial control, achieving personal health, and increasing overall happiness in life. Marc graduated from the University of Utah where he also played collegiate basketball. His natural leadership abilities were shown both on and off the court and continue to flourish in his business ventures today. In the rare moments when he is not hard at work he can be found at home with his wife and their four children.

Jeremiah S. Bradley CEO Nimbus

Jeremiah has been involved in the direct sales industry for over 15 years, spanning across multiple continents. Five of those years were spent as the CEO of a multi-million dollar direct sales company with operations in over 40 countries. His success, prominence and sought-after knowledge in the industry has made him a key presenter at multiple Direct Sales Association Conferences. His experience will boost the operational prowess of Nimbus as well as strategic guidance and insight directly to the associates. He is committed to associate team success. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors degree in International Studies with a minor in Latin America Studies. He and his wife Erin have four children and enjoy traveling together in the spare moments of life.

Jeremiah S. Bradley
Dale C. Gledhill
Dale C. Gledhill Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Gledhill has tremendous experience in ideation, product development, sourcing, manufacturing and marketing of consumer products. He formerly served as CEO of Cheetah USA Corporation, an innovative electrical device producer that was acquired by Leviton Manufacturing as well as the President of Grandway Honduras LLC, a consumer product producer in Honduras with over 250 employees that supplied products to 4,000+ retail customers. During his career he has developed and built products for industry titans including, Walmart, Williams and Sonoma, Bed bath & Beyond, Target, Costco, Amazon, Dollar General, Home Depot, Kroger and many other high profile retailers including over 3,000 independent retailers and multiple international entities. As part of his responsibilities, he has traveled to Asia over 35 times, Central America over 25 times and Europe over ten times, giving him a global perspective on product development and distribution. In addition he has been actively involved with intellectual property protection and is personally listed on 50+ patents and trademarks. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and is very active in humanitarian projects and high adventure sports.

Joel S. Rockwood Research & Development

Joel has spent the last decade dedicated to the creation of the highest functionality and sources of pure products in the nutritional industry. Joel is a graduate of Southern Utah University and 15 plus years inside the nutritional industry. He was Director of Research and Development, Science Officer as well as New Product Development Scientist for several multi-million dollar supplement entities. He has independently designed products that have generated over half a billion dollars in revenue. His products received Utah’s 2008 Best in State award for best nutritional supplement as well as being a finalist at the 2007 American Business Awards (The Stevie Awards) in the category of Best New Product. Joel’s intense dedication and direct involvement has lead to the creation of X2 supplements, designed to directly work in tandem with the use with the cm2 web for optimal results. When he is not hard at work you can find him on his motorcycle or spending time with his wife and five children.

Jonathan Decker Vice President of Corporate Relations

For almost two decades now, Jonathan has run a highly successful medical distribution network. His continued dedication to success has always led him to new opportunities in life. He is the genius behind several medical device inventions to which he owns multiple patents. His track record of taking business ideas from napkin to production brings the value of a steady hand in rapid evolving ventures. This quality is tremendous asset to Nimbus. His time outside of work is spent pursuing extreme sports like rock climbing and kayaking.

Zach Bradley Vice President of Latin America

Over the past 13 years, Zach has been heavily involved in direct marketing, specifically focused in the Latin American markets. Previous to Nimbus, he was the VP of sales for a health and wellness company. His responsibilities included overseeing the sales in 10 Latin American countries, where he often spent time living to more efficiently start their markets and guarantee their success. He’s a graduate from the University of Utah with a degree in Spanish and a minor in business. His Spanish is “perfecto”. Zach is excited at the opportunity to work with a unique company that combines technology and nutritional. In his spare time, you probably won’t be able to find him as he is most likely traveling the world with his wife and three children.

Dr. Gregory S. Anderson
Dr. Gregory S. Anderson DPM, Developer

Dr. Anderson has spent well over a decade strategically working not only in the medical field as a practicing Podiatrist, but also in the development of multiple innovations and products to improve patient outcomes. He is board certified attending for Intermountain Medical Center Podiatry and Surgery Residency, a surgical consultant for Wright Medical and the developer of multiple patents that are used commonly in surgeries around the world. Dr. Anderson is a born teacher and leader and has trained close to 100 residents. His role in the initial developmental stages of the cm2 web was instrumental as he discovered the tremendous benefit this technology adds to overall health at a cellular level. Dr. Anderson participates in a bi-annual trip to Tonga where he spends time instructing on surgery, wound care, diabetic education and eating healthy. This type of service of “giving back” to others is extremely rewarding to Dr. Anderson and his wife Raylene. He and his wife have 6 children, several who have followed him into the medical field.

Dr. Kade T. Huntsman M.D., Developer

For the past 15 years, Dr. Huntsman has been a practicing Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, with many cases of patients whose conditions are addressed by the products of Nimbus Performance. He holds a Masters Degree in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery and a minor in Asian Languages. He currently serves as the President of the Utah Orthopedic Society, a member of the IRB review board at St. Mark’s Hospital, a Principle Physician Educator with NuVasive, Inc., a Clinical Advisor with numerous spine product companies, an AAOS and NASS associate, a SOLAS member, as well as part of the International College of Surgeons. His extensive experience, knowledge and study of the demands and challenges of everyday life on the human body has allowed him to play a key insightful role in the development of the Nimbus cm2 web, a first of its kind in the medical industry. He is the recipient of the Spine Surgery Leadership Award in 2016 as well as being named one of Americas Top Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2007. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and 5 children.

Gabriel Gledhill Director of Digital Marketing and Communications

Gabriel has spent years immersed in the world of social media marketing working with clients around the globe, some of which have reached revenues exceeding one billion dollars. He has extensive experience with clients which specialize in direct sales within the health and wellness industry. His passion to educate the world about Nimbus Performance comes from his personal experience using the cm2 technology and seeing it positively affect his quality of life. He’s a graduate of the School of Communications at Brigham Young University, where he specialized in Multi-Media Platform Journalism. His first written piece was published at age 16 and has since been published in multiple print and digital outlets. When Gabriel is not working he is writing music and marketing his band, Salt Valley.
